To mark the beginning of the 2025 institutional partnership, the University of Art and Design Cluj-Napoca and Mathias Corvinus Collegium invite you to the painting and sculpture exhibition entitled “At the Border of Memory”. 

In the passage of time, human beings shape their world through creation, leaving behind a lasting mark. The exhibiting artists, though sharing a similar artistic creed, express themselves through different visual languages, each infused with personality and creative refinement. Former students, now teaching staff at the University of Art and Design, recall the beginnings of their artistic careers. Although they belong to different generations, their creativity and works have found a common home in the symbolic building of Kolozsvár/Cluj’s artistic education – the birthplace of King Matthias. 

The exhibiting artists are: Betuker István, Kolozsi Tibor, Kudor Duka István, Veres Szabolcs. 

The exhibition is open to the public free of charge at the Matthias Corvinus House Gallery until September 20, from Monday to Saturday, between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. 

The exhibition opening will take place on September 5, at 6 p.m.
