MCC has been providing a free extracurricular talent program for upper primary school students in Transylvania since 2020. The Youth Talent Program (FIT) fosters children's thirst for knowledge, prepares them for further education, helps them make career choices and succeed in life. The program offers first aid training, money management, students can try their hand at being a reporter, learn about robotics, even get an insight into futurology. With our e-learning system, they can expand their knowledge from home, learn on their own time and develop their skills through self-study.
In addition to the traditional training courses, our community learning is diversified by experiential programs that complement the education, and some of the summer camp activities also aim at personal development (sensitivity program, empathy workshop, conflict management training, etc.). The training is facilitated by renowned experts and psychologists. The MCC also maintains good relations with the children's parents, organizing lectures and professional meetings. The training is provided in seven cities: Arad (Arad), Csíkszereda (Miercurea Ciuc), Kolozsvár (Cluj-Napoca), Marosvásárhely (Târgu Mureș), Nagyvárad (Oradea), Sepsiszentgyörgy (Sfântu Gheorghe) and Szatmárnémeti (Satu Mare).
